The Stone Heads (AKA-Mt. Rushmore)

What a wonderful trip! Really, this was our first ever Brown vacation. Clint and I were thinking about all the vacations that we have taken and they all included our wonderful family and friends. We have loved them all, but felt like it was time for our own little family vacation! As the car was loaded we realized, this is going to be fun. We left Saturday morning with the sun in our eyes and fun on our mind. Five hours later we pulled into the KOA at Palmer Gulch, got settled in and then quickly left to go see the Stone heads. Nice name, huh. That would be what our children called them. All weekend long we tried to get Torrey to memorize all their names. I think she knows them, but is afraid of being wrong so she does not want to list them. The biggest hit of the weekend was the mini-golf, let me tell you that is some awesome golfing. Not really, but the kids loved it. We asked the kids what their favorite thing was and the answer was, Bear Country, Story book island, Stone heads, swimming, golfing, and the jewel caves. Yup, that is it and that was also all we did. We had such a great time our kids are already talking about going their next year.
